ipop-up connect authentification prompt not loading

Hi,

I’ve been unable to reach the ipop-up cluster since today. SSH connections time out at the TCP level before any authentication prompt appears.

Could you let me know if there’s a known outage or maintenance window on ipop-up, or if something’s changed on the network/firewall side? Happy to provide any further diagnostics if useful.

Hi,

There was a message on the cluster about electrical maintenance requiring a complete shutdown starting on the evening of Sunday, 27 July.

I assume the maintenance is still ongoing. Could you please provide an update on when the cluster is expected to resume operation?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!
