I think the issue might be that if I have already an account I have lost my credentials - I think I used it years ago. Could you retreive my credential to enter into the cluster, please?

The message you are seeing means that the “host” (that is, the ipop-up console) has changed since the last time you logged in (years ago). This is because the machine was reinstalled at some point in between.
The fact you lost your credentials is a separate issue. I will send you new ones by mail.
