For scientific service responsibles: how to find open help requests

Dear scientific service responsibles,

To find open help requests for your service, click the following link. Then replace “MTiOpenScreen” with the name of your service:

Thanks, Sjoerd, very helpful!
It triggers a question though: does it mean we can “close” a request? and how can we do this?
(There are requests we already answered for InterEvDock but they still appear in this list.)

Hi Jessica,
With the wrench icon you can close a topic. Does that work for you, or don’t you have the permissions?

cheers

Sjoerd

Thanks Sjoerd. I don’t see the wrench icon at all (if I get it from the discourse help pages it should be next to “reply” right? I only see like, link, flag and bookmark)
Probably because I’m not RPBS staff?

I see, looks like we need to upgrade Discourse then. What we need is this:

I will bring it up during the next RPBS meeting.

I can now see the wrench with the badges you gave me, and indeed it allows me to close a topic. Thanks for looking into it!
