Dear Sir or Madam,

I’ve tried to run a docking procedure using input file generated on http://www.attract.ph.tum.de/services/ATTRACT/attract.html website utilizing two pdb files extracted from 1AY7 PDB file (chains 1AY7:A and 1AY7:B) but the procedure does not work at all despite showing completed status. Could you take a look on the files and tell me what I’m doing wrong?
