Can this server be used also to add missing loops to existing PDB entries (NOT models)?

Hello Fabian,

In theory, you can download the file from the PDB databank, and prepare a sequence file that includes the missing loops. Our server will give you a result.
But there are dedicated tools for add missing loops to existing experimental PDB entries. I would expect them to do better than our server.
