Dear Sir/Madam,

I have previously generated a model using Modeller, I do know in the N- and C-terminus part of P chain the last 2/3 residues have not modelled correctly.
I was wondering if I can use the “remodelling” option provided by your server to enhance the generated model’s loop part.
When I try to run on your server it ends with a (1) error code.
Could you please inform me if this kind of job can be processed by your server?
