Hello, I get an error at point 10/15 (positioning linker side chains).
In the DaReUs-Loop.err file I find the following:

How can I resolve that? Thank you in advance!

Sorry for the very late reply, I had missed your help request.
I digged into the error messages, and it seems that there are no candidates at all for your loop that do not clash with the protein. Nothing to be done, I am afraid. The next version will give a nicer error message.
