I got this message when running a job. What does it mean?

“There is a mismatch between the residue M1 on the sequence and the residue C354 on the input structure!”

I have a pdb structure with known sequence but the loop is missing and want to repair the pdb file using this server. Is it possible?

Hello,
You can use DaReUS-Loop to “repair” missing loops by modeling them (modeling mode), but you will have to specify this mode.
By default, the server tries to remodel existing loop conformations in the PDB file (remodeling mode).
