Hello, thanks for your interest in InterEvDock.
The detailed help on the constraints format can be displayed in the submission form by clicking the blue “question mark” button. I paste here the general guidelines: Use this input field to specify a list of constraints, one on each line, or separated by space or comma. Each constraint must contain at least one colon “:” used to specify which of the two partners the constraint applies to (before the colon for the first partner, after the colon for the second partner). Chain ids need to be specified. They should always be A for sequence inputs (first or second partner) or the same chain id as in the provided PDB structure.
So in your case, you should have a colon in each constraint (between any 2 commas) and you are missing chain ids to specify which chain the residue you want to constrain belongs to (chain name within the PDB of the given partner).
I hope this helps. Finally, please consider checking out the latest version of the InterEvDock server: https://bioserv.rpbs.univ-paris-diderot.fr/services/InterEvDock3/
Best regards,
Jessica
