Thanks for your interest in using InterEvDock.
The problem here is that InterEvDock2 has an upper size limit at 3000 residues for one partner, which your partner B exceeds. By switching to InterEvDock3 (that also implements an improved scoring protocol as well as several new functionalities), you could benefit from an increased size limit to 6000 residues. However you will have to switch partners A and B in order to define your largest partner as partner A (fixed in rigid-body docking), otherwise the sampling process will not succeed.
