sorry to bother you but i have used your server before and it was running really fast. This submission though it has taken more than a couple of days and even though it is stated that it has finished, i can not seem to be able to download the results. Is there some kind of problem or is it just a matter of time.

thanks for your interest in InterEvDock and sorry for the inconvenience.
Indeed the server load is quite high these days, and also there seems to be some bug with some jobs that are in this “zombie” state despite having terminated. We are currently investigating this issue.
