Hello,

I’m having additional problems with the InterEVDock server, in that now when I submit a job with the individual pdb chains for docking, I keep getting the error " Error: Frodock2 cannot read input receptor pdb file", even though I’ve tried both uploading my pdbs and pasting them, which has worked for me in the past. I’ve double checked my pdbs, and they do not seem to have any obvious problems (Again, I’ve used some of these pdb files on the InterEVDock server before and did not run into these issues).

I’m not sure if these issues are due to something to do with the server maintenance over the weekend, but I’ve tried quite a few different troubleshooting things and nothing seems to have solved the issue. I would appreciate any feedback and help.

thanks for your interest in using InterEvDock2 and sorry for the delay in replying.
A bug was recently fixed on the cluster, probably that explains the strange error in your original job.
Indeed I re-used your PDB inputs to run a new job, which finished without errors:
