help on job https://mobyle.rpbs.univ-paris-diderot.fr/data/jobs/InterEvDock2/Z22658979124069.

hi
Could you please show me the format to input a loop, such as from residue249 to residue261, when I fill in the constraints option?
Thank you

Hello, thanks for your interest in InterEvDock.

There is no way to directly input a loop in the constraints form, but you can specify a list (series) of surface-exposed residues (one per line is simplest).
Please note the constraint field should be formatted as specified when clicking on the blue question mark (Use this input field to specify a list of constraints, one on each line, or separated by space or comma. Each constraint must contain at least one colon “:” used to specify which of the two partners the constraint applies to (before the colon for the first partner, after the colon for the second partner). Chain ids need to be specified. They should always be A for sequence inputs (first or second partner) or the same chain id as in the provided PDB structure.)

Finally, you might want to check out the newest version of InterEvDock:

(format for constraint specification is unchanged)

Best regards,
Jessica
