Hi!

I submitted a job to InterEVDock3. It is running for ~9 hours which I guess is reasonable, but the output seems to got stuck at:
[00:00:05] Performing the sampling…
[00:00:05] … creating VDW potential map

and no output after that. Is this okay?

thanks for trying out InterEvDock3. Indeed this behavior you’re observing is not expected. The server is undergoing some maintenance and InterEvDock jobs are currently either very slow or on hold. We will let you know as soon as the service is back to normal.

unfortunately your job had to be cancelled following the maintenance. However the service should be back to its normal state so if you’d like to restart it, it should be possible now. Please let us know if you encounter any more unexpected behavior.
