Hello,
I have an issue with submitting a job to the InterEvDock3 server. I tried to upload a PDB file, I tried pasting the sequence fragment, and I also tried to paste a sequence and provide a template, however in each case, the job is finished with status (1). I am not sure what can be causing an issue. I made sure that the structures were within the server limits, I tried uploading full pdb files and I also tried uploading files that contained only the structure, without additional information.
