We have a problem in running InterEvDock3. The job does not pass the step of the VDW grid and stop after 24 hours. When we download the archive it is indicated, it is due to time limit. We have tried with our own data and also try to run a calcul with example data. In both cases the error is similar, in mode 2 and in mode 3.
Hello Romain,
sorry for the issues that you’re experiencing with InterEvDock3.
We are investigating the problem you experienced with jobs timing out (indeed it seems not to be linked to a particular test case as I could also reproduce it with the demo runs). I will keep you informed as soon as we fix this.
In the meantime, the provided job id V16410938785076 refers to a job that failed because no template was found. Actually looking at the input, the two fields for Protein A and Protein B sequence should each contain a single sequence in fasta format. If you’d like to provide the coMSAs, you can do so by going into Advanced options in the form and specify co-alignments for Partner A and B.
However, I think for now such a job will get stuck after template search at the docking step (like all others).
in principle the issue was fixed for InterEvDock3 jobs including docking (such as demo 2).
Sorry again for the inconvenience. Just let us know if you encounter any further problems.
Please note that due to work in progress, current runtimes might be a little longer than usual.
