Iam unable to submit residue interaction patch in Pep-fold3 program.
I am writing in the following manner

A_LYS_9_
A_GLN_43_
A_GLY_44_
A_ILE_45_

I donot understand, what maybe the problem here. My pdb does not have a chain id or an insertion code.
