I am not sure how to specify that a disulphide bond is present. For exaqmple how do I indicate that there is a disulphide bond in the sequence WRRIRRSIRRAFRRIGDRIRRICFPKCPKGPKRPR betyween Cys23 and Cys 27?

For disulphide bond restraints, please use the older PEP-FOLD server (http://mobyle.rpbs.univ-paris-diderot.fr/cgi-bin/portal.py#forms::PEP-FOLD)
