Hi there,
First of all, I would like to thank the developers for this brilliant open-access platform. I am facing an issue when I am uploading a library of compounds as a custom bank and doing the similarity search with query compound. I am not getting the best 10 compounds and the similarity scores as I was getting when using the other banks available here.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.
