I am Amir Khosravanizadeh from IJM. I have an account on IPOP-UP and a project named “actin_cytosim”. I need more disk space for my project. Now, It is 2T, is it possible for you to increase it to 10T? if not 5T is also nice.

I increased the quota to 5TB.
However, keep in mind that data is not supposed to remain for a long period of time in the projects directories and should be downloaded / deleted as soon as the analysis is finished.

It shows my space is 5 TB but after 3.8 TB I can not run more simulations or even create new documents.

Hello,
Make sure all your files are belonging to the actin_cytosim group.
You can also use this command to fix group on your project directory:
repairacl actin_cytosim
These are the files that simulations generate. and they are all in the actin_cytosim project. Before reaching 3.8 TB they run correctly but by reaching 3.8 TB it gives this type of error:

Being in the /shared/projects/actin_cytosim directory is not sufficient.
All files must belong to the actin_cytosim group.
As I said in my previous post you can fix this with:
repairacl actin_cytosim
