Is it possible to upgrade the GLIBC version? I am running modkit, which compiles in ≥2.28, but the cluster current have 2.17.

How are you compiling modkit ? Are you using a conda environment ?
The console will be redeployed with an up-to-date OS in a near future.
But for the time being I suggest using containers (with apptainer).
