Bonjour,

We need to perform stochastic simulations of the cytoskeleton dynamics using Cytosim (a c++ coded framework that needs to be compiled on the machine, Francois Nedelec / Cytosim · GitLab). We need to (trivially) parallelize the process to collect a statistics of dynamics (~100 points) for several (~100 different initial conditions). A simulation takes a few hours on a single core of our resources.

Thanks a lot. I was trying to connect and I did a couple of times but now I was setting it up to connect remotely via VSstudio but it keeps saying connection time out. Could you please assist me with that issue?

How exactly are you trying to connect ?

Access to the ipop-up console is by ssh only.
